For a leased Stand-By-Letter-Of-Credit (SBLC), Letter of Credit (LOC), Bank Guarantee (BG) or any other creditworthy bank-issued instrument, our source uses established major or secondary banks and are fresh-cut. The transaction, however, is executed within the US and can be US Dollars or Euros. Our sources’ issuing bank is also our escrow. 

Short Term Loans Using LC, SBLC, BG, MTN, Notes, Stocks, CD, Bonds, Trusts, and Bank Drafts as collateral are available through our source starting from $5 million with no maximum amount and are non-recourse. 
A fully non-recourse loan against most international or national publicly traded financial instruments at 60-90% LTV (of face amount), for a term of one year, renewable. 
 
The "owned" financial instrument must be assigned, pledged. delivered to Lender’s bank, and thereby used as collateral. SWIFTs are preferred but couriers may be acceptable.

If the instrument has been issued by a small bank, USA or foreign, a major US, Canadian or international correspondent bank is a requirement.
